Our Ladies Physie classes are the perfect mix of fitness, fun, and friendship. Designed for women of all ages and abilities, these classes combine dance, exercise, and posture work in a supportive and encouraging environment. You’ll improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence while learning choreographed routines that are both graceful and empowering.

No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go!

Physie

Julie is a dedicated dance educator with over 25 years of experience teaching a variety of dance styles, including  jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop, musical theatre and, the Australian dance sport, Physie. Julie holds a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and has trained with renowned professionals in the field. 

As a third generation dancer, Julie is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels, helping them build technique, confidence, and creativity.  

Outside the studio, Julie's tertiary studies in Science and Communications also led to her training not only dancers but marine mammals as well, inclusive of being a national level presenter for both Dance Events and Marine Education and Awareness.

Physie Ladies | North Arm | 16-90 Yrs 

Our Physie classes are designed for students who are ready to take their dance and performance skills to the next level. This age group builds on the foundations of Physie with more challenging routines, increased strength and flexibility training, and a focus on musicality, posture, and technique.

Classes encourage discipline, resilience, and teamwork while giving students the chance to shine on stage and grow in confidence. With a supportive environment and inspiring instruction, Intermediate Physie is the perfect step forward for dancers who want to develop both their skills and their love of performance.

Our Adult Tap classes are all about rhythm, fun, and fitness! Whether you’re a complete beginner or returning to dance, these classes focus on learning tap technique, timing, and musicality in a relaxed and supportive environment.

You’ll explore classic tap steps, combinations, and upbeat routines while improving coordination, balance, and stamina. Tap is a fantastic way to challenge the mind and body while having a great time with like-minded adults—no experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm and a love of music!

Our Senior Acro classes take acrobatics to the next level, combining advanced tumbling, flexibility, and strength skills with dance-based movement. Students work on refining technique, building core strength, and safely progressing to more challenging tricks and partner work.

Our Dance Kindy classes are specially designed for preschoolers, giving little dancers the perfect introduction to movement and music in a fun, playful environment. Our expert instructors teach Comdance Ballet, Comdance and ADV Jazz, Open Tap, Acrobatic Arts and APDA Physie in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, we provide a space where you can grow, build confidence, and develop your passion for dance. Our goal is to inspire creativity, improve technique, and foster a love of movement in every student. 

Our main studio is located at North Arm (half way between Nambour and Eumundi) which has all ages and styles. We also have locations at Buderim (3-15 Years Physie Classes) and Currimundi (Adult Physie Classes).
