Lyrical is one of Miss Ashleigh’s favourite styles to teach and create. This is a mix between Ballet and Jazz and is a very progressive form of dance. In lyrical we will focus heavily on technique and performance making your star as confident as they can be.

Acro class is dependent on skill, not age. This skill requires a lot of skill, flexibility, strength, courage, and coordination and is trained in this
way for your star to be the best acrobat they be.

Contemporary is a very progressive style of dance that incorporates ballet, lyrical, jazz and acro elements. At SDC we have a great team to teach the style. Contemporary can start from age
4 and what class your star is in class is dependent on skill, not age. This style requires a lot of skill, flexibility, strength, courage, and coordination and is trained in this way for your star to shine.

SDC’s uniform for contemporary we recommend crop and short/leggings, Tee and shorts/leggings or a leotard and shorts/leggings. No shoes are required. KNEE PADS for Contemporary PEARLand DIAMOND
are REQUIRED for tricks. If you are unsure or what knee pads to obtain, please speak to miss  Ashleigh. Boys are to wear a tee/tank and shorts.

Tiny Tumblers Acrobatics | 6&U

This training is a great way to extend your star to be the best dancer and performer they can be. At SDC we have safe strength, stretch, and technique training to extend your star and help them grow as a dancer. These classes are compulsory for soloist to attend.

Bare feet is required for stretch & strength. Conditioning required trainers. Technique & feet and turns & leaps may require jazz shoes, lyrical half shoes or bare feet depending on the day. Yoga mats are required to bring for stretch class.

SDC’s tap uniform is the same as Jazz however we require your star to wear tap shoes. Normal socks is the best to wear with tap shoes. If you are unsure of what style tap shoe your star requires, please speak to miss Ashleigh.

This fun-filled parent-and-toddler class is designed especially for little ones aged 1–2 years who are just starting to explore the joy of dancing. Together with a parent or caregiver, toddlers will giggle, wiggle, and move to upbeat music in a playful, nurturing environment that encourages creativity, coordination, and connection.

Welcome to the Star Dance Program at Wiggles World of Dance — where little feet make big moves and bright stars are born!
Designed for children aged 1 to 4 years, this joyful program introduces young dancers to the magical world of music and movement through age-appropriate dance classes that spark creativity, boost confidence, and build foundational skills.

Each class is filled with high-energy music, imaginative play, and fun choreography that encourages self-expression while developing coordination, balance, and rhythm. With themed activities and props to keep little ones engaged, our nurturing instructors guide dancers through each step, celebrating every wiggle and hop along the way.

Wiggles World of Dance Star Dance Program | 1-4 Yrs 

This beginner-friendly Lyra (aerial hoop) class is specially designed for our youngest flyers! Students ages 6 & Under to 8 & Under will explore the exciting world of aerial arts in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
In this class, we focus on building foundational strength, coordination, and body awareness while introducing basic mounts, poses, and transitions on the Lyra. Through creative movement and age-appropriate instruction, students will develop confidence, discipline, and a love for aerial artistry.
No prior experience is necessary—just a sense of adventure and a willingness to try something new!
