Fiona is the Principal of the Academy with years of experience having taught World Champions Jonty and Ceili Moore. Fiona is both an Adjudicator and Graded Examiner with The Coimisiun in Ireland. Fiona has travelled the world competing and is proud to be able to bring this knowledge and expertise back to Sydney to pass onto the next generation. In 2023 Fiona was awarded "Teacher of Excellence" for 2023 for Australia, something Fiona is very proud of!

Jonty enjoys teaching Irish Dancing at both studios in Padstow and Gymea Bay. Jonty has travelled the world training and competing and is a 9 Time National Champion, All Ireland Champion and World Champion winning titles in both Solo and Ceili Dancing. Sharing his passion with the dancers of tomorrow is something Jonty finds incredibly rewarding.

Fiona-Gaye Moore Academy is a family run business teaching Irish Dancing. Fun,Fitness, Friendship, Musicality and Coordination taught by the only Family anywhere in the World to have 3 World Champions in the 1 Family. Fiona won her title in 1980. Daughter Ceili 2014 and son Jonty in  2018. We share our passion and love of dance with all who join us. All welcome from age 2. A free trial Class available to enjoy the experience of what we do.
