Our Adult Latin Fusion (Open) class is for dancers who have prior experience in dance but are looking to learn Latin dance styles. Our Latin Fusion classes will give you an insight into the world of Latin American dance - including Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha, Rumba, Cumbia, and Reggaeton.

Lauren's love of dance started at the age of 4, learning classical ballet. The next year she began jazz ballet and tap and has never looked back!

She has trained with industry professionals dancing at Millennium Dance Complex (LA, California), Mad Dance House (Brisbane), Sydney Dance Company, Brent Street, and Tap Dogs (Sydney) within the styles of Hip Hop, JFH,Theatre Jazz, and Tap. She has also taught at various dance schools across Sydney including Nova Studios, The Australian Institute of Performing Arts, Groove Nation, and Pistachio Entertainment.

Her passion for dance teaching and choreography developed during her Bachelor of Arts (Media) and Master of Teaching - Secondary (Drama and Dance) degrees. It was during her studies when she founded Dancing Through Life in 2019.

Our Adult Tap (Beginner) class is for dancers who have prior tap dancing knowledge, or experience. Join with other tap dancers and have fun developing your skills together!

Our Adult Theatre Jazz (Beginner/Intermediate) will introduce you to the world of theatre jazz. If you're looking to do something fun, learn a new skill or simply get out and about and move your body, this class is for you!

Perfect for beginner dancers, as well as adults who have some prior jazz dance knowledge, or experience and who are wanting to develop their skills further. This is a 'move at your own pace' class and will give each dancer options for easier or harder steps.

Join with other theatre jazz dancers and have fun developing your skills together!

Our Adult Dance Fit (Open) class is your dance-inspired workout for dancers of all levels and abilities. This class allows dancers to move at their own pace to improve their overall fitness. Dancing Through Life Studios is an adult dance studio located in Sydney's North Shore. Our studio prides itself on our unique social atmosphere we provide to our dancers. We are more than just a dance studio but a community of adults who have a love of music, theatre and dance.
