3-day summer school program, designed to equip young dancers with essential tools to reduce the risk of injuries, improve strength for dance-specific movements, and learn about long term strength and conditioning practices before moving into the new year. 

 ~ The program is delivered over three days
~ It is delivered online (Zoom) in a group setting 
~ Session times are 10am - 12pm each day
~ The program is suitable for dancers 10 - 16 years old, and 
~ Suitable for currently uninjured dancers*

Day 1 - Building a Foundation for injury prevention, 
Day 2 - Strength for dance specific movements. 
Day  3- Putting it all together, brings everything together, emphasising recovery, flexibility  &  creating their own strength and conditioning program

Dancewright is all about keeping you safe and uninjured with its Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation programs for Dancers. 

Helping you become a safer, stronger and more informed dancer,  as an Exercise Physiologist and ex dancer I offer 1:1  or small group injury prevention, strength and conditioning and rehabilitation programs.
Learn to create your own basic injury prevention program with the Dance Strong 10 week online course . You will receive 1:1, plus group coaching and education sessions that will help keep you in the know on how to stay safe as a dancer and provide you with the best foundation  to reduce the risk of injury while dancing. .
