Dance Fit Sydney offers low impact dance fitness,  line dancing and fun exercise classes to all your favourite songs from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and the latest hits.

Special classes have been designed for Seniors with 4 different days to choose from.

ALL CLASSES strive to improve fitness while enhancing rhythm. We combine various styles of dance steps to keep you moving and while you are having fun and getting a great workout — you are improving your coordination, agility, and balance!  

Classes are designed for everybody and EVERY body of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. There are no upfront fees, just pay as you go and come when you can!
