Industry leader Katie Molan-Rappel has had 40 years of experience in dance and across all facets of the Performing Arts. After training at the Victorian College of the Arts, Katie has had an extensive career performing and choreographing throughout Australia and overseas. Katie returned to Melbourne, and while continuing a
professional career as a dancer, in 1992, founded Crazy Feet Dance Studio.

Crazy Feet has become one of Melbourne’s most renowned schools, sharing the joy of dance with thousands of students over the past three decades. Crazy Feet alumni have attended the Australian Ballet School, Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School, Spectrum Dance, VCA, and WAPPA. Whilst learning at Crazy Feet past, students have seized opportunities in professional musicals and live perform

Elly’s professional dance career has spanned a wide variety of dance genres and media platforms. She has performed with a number of Australian and International artists, including Stan Walker, DJ Havana Brown, Katy Perry, Timmy Trumpet, and MKTO. She was also the choreographer of the Melbourne Storm Cheerleaders and Street Crew, choreographing for over 80 games.

Elly has been teaching dance for 15 years and has a passion to encourage the younger generations and future stars to have a strong work ethic and love for their craft. After studying all forms of dance, singing and acting from a young age, she graduated from Spectrum Dance Studios full-time course. Committed to her own education and professional development, Elly has continued her education to include a Certificate IV in Training
