Beginner/ Intermediate Casual Class

This casual, no-commitment class is perfect for acrobats with experience looking to sharpen their skills and try new tricks. Each session focuses on intermediate to advanced acro, including aerials, back handsprings, and advanced combos. Prerequisites: clean forward and back walkovers, and roundoffs. Pre Level 1 Acro

Level 1 Acro

This class is perfect for students ready to take their acro skills to the next level! Students will work on intermediate tricks like walkovers, aerials, and back handsprings, while continuing to build strength, flexibility, and control. With a focus on proper technique and safe progression, this class helps young acrobats grow their skills with confidence and flair.

Level 2 Acro

Designed for experienced tumblers, this advanced class focuses on mastering high-level skills and combinations. Students will work on advanced passes including back tucks, layouts, aerial variations, and connected tumbling sequences. Prerequisites: solid aerials and back handsprings. This class emphasizes technique, power, and precision—perfect for athletes ready to push their limits!

Advanced Tumbling 

This class is designed for experienced acrobats ready to push their skills to the next level. Students will work on advanced tricks and combinations, including back tucks, aerial variations, and powerful acro sequences. Prerequisites: clean aerials, back handsprings, front and back walkovers, strong handstand control, and advanced flexibility. With a focus on strength, technique, and fluid transitions, this class is perfect for dedicated acrobats looking to refine and elevate their performance.
