Andrea (or Miss Andi as she is fondly known) has over 25 years experience in dance and has had a passion for it from the young age of two. She holds a Diploma of Dance Teaching and Management and has completed a full-time dance course at The Edge Performers School as well as scoring extremely well in VCE dance and ATOD exams. She is an Affiliate Teacher’s Member at ATOD and has completed her Matwork Pilates certificate with Studio Pilates. She has performed at multiple functions and competitions throughout her career, and has been awarded numerous prizes and awards for her work.

Kate started dancing at the age of 5 and has 16 years of dance experience with training in all styles.
She has competed in a wide range of troupe, duo and solo competitions between the ages of 7 to 17 and achieved many awards for her efforts. Kate has also completed ATOD ballet exams up to Gold Bar with distinction. Kate received her Certificate I and II in jazz, contemporary and hip hop while she undertook VET Dance in 2017 to 2018. 

Zahra found her love for dancing at the age of 7 and has 16 years of dance training and experience. 
She began her dancing career competing in calisthenics, which allowed her to compete in solos, duos and team competitions. She has also been involved in choreographing in school dance performances and aerobic competitions. During her time in high school she completed VCE dance and performed in many dance productions.

Georgia began dancing at the age of four and hasn’t stopped since. With a strong passion for the performing arts, Georgia is striving for a professional career on stage, as well as in the classroom teaching students. 

She is now trained in all major styles and has completed her Certificate II, III and IV in Dance at full time training- Patrick’s School of the Arts. She particularly enjoys watching young dancers fall in love with the art, and getting to help them to grow their confidence, creativity and technique.

Junior Teacher 

Charlie has been dancing with AT Dance School since 2018 and was the first student to receive the “Sally Herbig Scholarship” Award. She is a proud member of the AT dance community and has participated in many performances, classes and troupe competitions, representing the school. Charlie has completed the assistant teaching course with Ms Andi and has lots of experience teaching classes and helping around the school. 

Charlie has previous experience with gymnastics, cheerleading, and other team sports, which helped her develop athleticism and a collaborative attitude. She has been passionate about dancing since a young age and hopes to inspire others to share her enthusiasm for all dance styles.

 

Junior Teacher

Samara Dries is a passionate and dedicated pre-professional dancer and dance teacher, with extensive experience in various dance genres.  She has honed her skills through rigorous training and diverse performance opportunities. She is currently training full-time at Scimm. Dance, where she enjoys comprehensive contemporary training supported by classical ballet and commercial dance.

Her performance experience includes development works with Scimm Dance and Rambert School (UK), plus various fundraisers and showcases. Samara brings her unique energy and enthusiasm to every performance and teaching session.  With her passion for dance and commitment to continuous learning, Samara is an inspiring dance teacher, ready to nurture the next generation of dancers with her expertis

Junior Teacher

Annie began dancing at just 3 years old and has now been dancing for over 12 years. Her journey started with hip-hop — her very first class — and it’s remained a favourite ever since. Over the years, she’s expanded her training to include jazz, contemporary, and troupe, developing a well-rounded and dynamic dance style.

Annie has almost completed our Assistant Teacher course and now teaches our Wiggles Tiny Tots Ballet and Boppers on a Saturday — a role that’s close to her heart, as it brings her full circle to where her dance journey began. She loves inspiring our youngest dancers with the same joy and excitement she felt when she first stepped into the studio.

Administration/Reception

Siena began dancing at the age of 5 and now has 12 years experience. She has been training in the styles of ballet, jazz and tap from she first began dancing, and now has 7 years of experience in hip hop, contemporary and acro. 

Siena has been a part of the troupe classes here at AT Dance and has competed in many competitions, both solo and troupe, and can’t wait to compete in many more. She also has completed a number RAD examinations in jazz, ballet and tap as well as her first ATOD ballet exam which included pointe.
