orientated dance school. It feels like my second home and the friendships I’ve made through this studio are friendships for life.

I love doing makeup. The art of transforming the face is another creative outlet for me.

I love teaching at Goodhew because of the amazing relationship I have, not only with my peers and students, but also with the other teachers and the amazing owners of this family orientated dance school. It is the highlight of my week to come and pass on my knowledge of dance to my students and watch them grow and improve every week !

Most people don’t know that my middle name is Starr! – Ruby Starr Maclure.

Teaching at Goodhew puts a smile on my face every-time. The environment is so friendly and welcoming and everyone always works hard and has a fun time doing it.

QUALIFICATIONS – BEd (PDHPE), ADA – Pre Elementary (Tap) READY SET DANCE. I love that the students at Goodhew come into class willing to learn and constantly push themselves to be better dancers.

Achievement in exams is a main focus at Goodhew Dance – it advances the technique of all dancers. We encourage students to find joy in dancing through lifelong friendships and do not focus on the competitiveness that the dance world can sometimes offer. Most of all, i love that everyone at Goodhew is part of a family that loves and supports each other.

I love being with my life long friends, the

Miss Gen has been a part of our Goodhew family for an epic 30 years! Her favourite style of dance is Tap. Miss Gen loves the family feel at the studio and how encouraging and passionate everyone is about dance and teaching. She loves passing on her passion and some great life skills to her students, watching their hard work flourish!

Australian performer and singer, Ana Maria Belo has worked on stage and screen. Ana is also a gifted writer, producing short films for international audiences.
