Jennie transitioned to dance at age 14 after many years of competing in calisthenics, both in state teams and as a soloist. She was also selected for the national calisthenics team. After making the switch to dance, she quickly excelled in classical ballet, progressing rapidly through her classical exams. She also began training in flamenco and later performed professionally with Los Amigos. As her dance career developed, Jennie was offered a position with the Australian Dance Theatre (ADT) to tour in Germany, but she declined the opportunity due to family commitments.  Jennie later completed her Associate teaching exam, and years afterward, earned her Licentiate in the Cecchetti Method.

Sally began dancing at the age of 3 at the Jennifer Marshall School of Dance, starting with classical ballet. At age 10, she expanded her training to include jazz, and later added tap and hip-hop. As a teenager, she competed in numerous competitions, earning a Modern Championship title, a scholarship, and was named Most Successful Dancer for two consecutive years. She went on to join the South Australian Youth Ballet, where she performed several lead roles and appeared in television commercials as well as on The Book Place. After completing high school, Sally was accepted into the Centre for Performing Arts to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Perform

Elise began dancing and gymnastics at just two years old. She has competed multiple times in the Dance Star National Competition, achieving a top-four placement. Elise appeared as a gymnastics extra in the 2019 film A Second Chance: Rivals!. She also competed annually at the state level in gymnastics until retiring from competition in 2024.

Currently Elise is pursuing her Advance Gymnastics Coaching accreditation.
