Jazz is a fun, high energy combination of dance styles that come from the musical theatre arts. Jazz is often used in musical theatre, commercials and music video clips. Jazz takes technique from Classical Ballet and uses isolation and strength to emphasise the movement. Most students are given the opportunity to complete a jazz exam, however this is not compulsory to move up a grade each year with their friends.
