Our Rising Flames Acro class is designed for younger dancers who are beginning their acro journey in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

In this class, dancers will learn:

Basic acro skills such as rolls, balances, bridges, and beginner tumbling
Strength, flexibility, and coordination
Body awareness and safe technique foundations

We focus on building confidence while introducing skills that can be seamlessly incorporated into dance.
