These are amazing skills to have as an acrobat and a dancer. At SDC, we train our contortionist, balancers and cheerer’s safely building up their strength and flexibility.

We opened our doors back in 2019 and have dedicated ourselves to providing classes in a number of disciplines. We strive to provide a fun and comfortable environment where each individual gets the attention and time to grow into the best possible performer they can be.
