Designed for women of all ages and abilities, these classes combine dance, exercise, and posture work in a supportive and encouraging environment. You’ll improve flexibility, strength, coordination, and confidence while learning choreographed routines that are both graceful and empowering.

At Sunshine Coast Physie and Dance, we offer a diverse range of dance classes for all ages and skill levels. Our expert instructors teach Comdance Ballet, Comdance and ADV Jazz, Open Tap, Acrobatic Arts and APDA Physie in a fun, supportive environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, we provide a space where you can grow, build confidence, and develop your passion for dance. Our goal is to inspire creativity, improve technique, and foster a love of movement in every student. 

Our main studio is located at North Arm (half way between Nambour and Eumundi) which has all ages and styles. We also have locations at Buderim (3-15 Years Physie Classes) and Currimundi (Adult Physie Classes).

Julie is a dedicated dance educator with over 25 years of experience teaching a variety of dance styles, including  jazz, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip hop, musical theatre and, the Australian dance sport, Physie. Julie holds a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and has trained with renowned professionals in the field. 

As a third generation dancer, Julie is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels, helping them build technique, confidence, and creativity.  

Outside the studio, Julie's tertiary studies in Science and Communications also led to her training not only dancers but marine mammals as well, inclusive of being a national level presenter for both Dance Events and Marine Education and Awareness.
