 This class is open to ALL levels from complete beginner, through to elite. Our knowledgable instructors will teach you at your own level, at your own pace.

Throughout the course, you will learn the fundamental techniques of aerial hoop, also known as lyra, in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper warm-up exercises, conditioning drills, and beginner-friendly poses and transitions on the hoop. As you progress, you'll gain the confidence and skills to execute more complex moves and sequences.
