Our Acro & Tumble classes are designed for students aged 3 years and older who are interested in gaining more strength and flexibility to be able to perform acrobatic and tumbling tricks and skills. United Dance is a certified Acrobatic Arts studio with qualified and experienced Acrobatic Arts teachers. Acrobatic Arts is a world wide known curriculum in developing versatile acrobats with a high focus on safety and progression readiness. All of our Acro & Tumble classes consist of mandatory strength and conditioning to assure the safety and readiness for our students to perform these skills. Students who enrol in this new program need to be aware of the strength and conditioning component of the class, as this type of exercise is based on level of strength and flexibility.
