Dulcie started her adult dance career at the Tivoli Theatre and worked extensively in theatre, television and cabaret with Australia’s leading choreographers. One of the highlights of her career was working as a Joe Latona dancer.

She trained with the leading teachers of the day including Betty Pounder who eventually asked her to take over her classes. Since then she has developed the Dance Factory Full Time Performing Arts Course and the DFTA syllabus.

She is very proud of her many students who have gone on to become successful in the performing arts industry.

From an early age Vicki trained in dance with teachers such as Jillian Fitzgerald, Barbara Warren – Smith, Marita Lowdon and Dulcie Lee.  Professionally, Vicki has worked at Swagman Theatre Restaurant, Banjo’s Theatre Restaurant, Tina Arena Concert Tour and was a regular dancer on ABC’s Countdown and D-Generation.  Choreographic credits include international shows for Kim Michael Productions and the Toyota Convention with Rhonda Burchmore.

After extensive experience teaching at dance schools around Melbourne, Vicki continues to teach at Dance Factory and is also a DFTA examiner. She is currently the theatrical agent for the Dance Factory Agency and administrative director for the Dance Factory.

Mark has worked extensively throughout Australia as a professional actor, singer and dancer in theatre and television.  He has performed in musicals such as ‘Seven Little Australians’ national tour, ‘Joseph and The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat’, ‘Guys and Dolls’, work with companies that include The Really Useful Company , The Production Company , The Australian Opera , the Australian Ballet  and and The Sydney Theatre Company.

He was part of the  golden age of television variety and appeared on ‘The Bert Newton Show’, ‘The Don Lane Show’ and ‘Daryl Somers Show’.
Most recently Mark has been the Artistic Director for the Victorian Education Department’s performing arts unit, “JOINING the CHORUS” and Dance Director and choreographer  for over 5 Victorian  State Schools Spectaculars.

Paula was a junior school student of Dance Factory, and completed the full time Performing Arts Course. Since then Paula has appeared in Blue Heelers, Full Frontal, Wog Boy and Neighbours. She also does voice overs for commercials and teaches at many Melbourne dance schools. In 2001, Paula worked at Universal Studios in Japan playing the role of Mae West. Upon returning to Melbourne, Paula completed the musical theatre course at the National Theatre. Most recently, Paula has performed  in Menopause the Musical in their national tour, Thomas the Tank Engine in their international tour and at  Hunchbax and Witches and Britches, using her skills as a singer, dancer and comedienne.



After training at Dance Factory since 1996, Emmanuel went on to win a scholarship enabling him to complete his Diploma in performing arts. Since graduation, he has worked as a dancer and choreographer throughout Melbourne on both television and stage. Such credits include “Starstruck”, “Rove Live”, “The Wog Boy” and various commercials. Emmanuel is also an accomplished singer and was supporting act for Christina Aguilera on her Australian tour.   In 2005, he released an album self titled “Emmanuel” and worked with the creative team on the series of “X Factor”.



Mark has completed his Certificate III, IV & Diploma of Dance & Performance at Dance Factory. He has appeared in Carla Cametti PD Mini Series, performed at Tokyo Disneyland and toured Australia and Abu Dhabi with Hello Musicland. Mark’s recent credits include performing on Norwegian Cruise lines and touring Australia with Hairy Maclary.



After an extensive dance career travelling the world, Sue returned to Australia to gain qualifications towards a Teaching Certificate, not only did she achieve this; she also gained an Elementary (new Intermediate) and Advanced Certificate and Certificate IV in TAA 40104. Former Artistic Director to her own dance school, adjudicator for competitions and eisteddfods, board member of examiners for both the Royal Academy of Dance and Southern Federation of Dance and a 24 year career guiding students through their RAD examinations from Primary through to Advanced 2 with 100% success rate, Sue is an eager, passionate educator who strives to improve her knowledge and professional development.

Sophie started dancing from the age of six and moved to Melbourne after finishing high school to further her dance and teaching skills. She has completed her CIV & Diploma of Dance Teaching here at Dance Factory and was awarded a scholarship to complete her Diploma of Elite Dance in 2016.



Cloee is a Dance Factory Certificate IV in Dance Teaching & Management graduate.

She has been teaching Dance at various schools since 2013. 

Her performance credits include performing as a back up dancer for various singers, weddings, festivals & corporate events.

Claire is a Dance Factory Diploma graduate.

Claire’s credits include – singer/dancer on P&O Cruises, appearing in TVC’s for Coles & Suzuki as well as performing in The Production Company’s production of Hair.

Roxane is a Dance Factory Diploma of Dance Teaching & Management graduate. 



Katelyn is a Dance Factory CIV Dance Teaching & Management & Diploma of Dance Elite graduate. 



Born in Brisbane, Liam has studied Musical Theatre at the Central Queensland Conservatorium of Music and has completed a Diploma of Arts (Dance) from the Dance Factory in Melbourne as a scholarship student.  While still studying he made his professional debut in Bye Bye, Birdie for the Production Company in Melbourne.  Upon graduation he was cast in the Australian tour of Grease: The Arena Spectacular (SEL/GFO) in the ensemble and also understudying the roles of Doody and Sonny.  Most recently Liam played the lead role of Ryan in Australia’s High School Musical and he is now on tour around Australia with Mary Poppins.



Alex completed his Diploma of Dance & Performance at Dance Factory and has further trained internationally across Australia, Britain and Germany. He has appeared in New Jersey Nights (UK), Evita (London West End), Mamma Mia!, and West Side Story. His most recent credits include Dance of the Vampires (Germany) and The Production Company’s Jesus Christ Superstar.
