Acrobatics is the performance of balance, agility and motor co-ordination skills combined with dance. It is very entertaining to watch as our dancers perform explosive skills within high intensity routines. Acrobatics is a physically demanding genre which takes time to strengthen your body, develop flexibility and therefore, acquire higher level skills. These classes usually do one item in our concert.
