<p>Ballet is a technical and strict dance style, however dancers learn how to dance with beauty and grace. It is excellent for improving agility, coordination, flexibility, grace and strength and posture. These exercises consist of repetitive moves in a variety of set positions. Most students are given the opportunity to complete a ballet exam, however this is not compulsory to move up a grade each year with their friends.</p>
