No prior experience is required to join our Beginner classes.

Pole Fitness combines elements of acrobatics, dance, and gymnastics, and will increases your overall strength, flexibility, and coordination. The moves can range from spins, climbs, and inversions to more graceful or sensual dance movements. Pole Fitness is a popular fitness activity as well as being a competitive sport, with athletes showcasing impressive physical feats and creating routines that highlight both athleticism and creativity.
