No experience required to join our Beginner classes.

Learn how to climb, twist, and wrap yourself in fabric, mastering acrobatic moves, drops, and poses while hanging in the air. Aerial Silks combines elements of gymnastics, acrobatics, and contemporary dance, requiring strength, flexibility, and coordination.

In this class, you will learn how to use the fabric to support your body weight while executing fluid and intricate movements, such as drops, splits, and inversions, often transitioning between poses in dramatic and graceful ways. The silks create beautiful visual effects, making the tricks and combinations look both elegant and athletic. It can be done as a form of artistic expression, fitness, and entertainment.
