Maria Luz Perez, originally from Argentina , ballet teacher based in Sydney since 2020. With over 10 years of professional experience in different Ballet companies around the world. 

As a professional dancer, she has practiced the Pilates method as a complement to her professional career. Currently she is dedicated to helping people connect with their bodies through the Pilates method and teaching ballet classes.
