Our Adult Dance Fit (Open) class is your dance-inspired workout for dancers of all levels and abilities. This class allows dancers to move at their own pace to improve their overall fitness. Have a blast dancing your heart out to all your favourite dance, pop and R&B throwback tracks while not even realising you are working out!

Lauren's love of dance started at the age of 4, learning classical ballet. The next year she began jazz ballet and tap and has never looked back!

She has trained with industry professionals dancing at Millennium Dance Complex (LA, California), Mad Dance House (Brisbane), Sydney Dance Company, Brent Street, and Tap Dogs (Sydney) within the styles of Hip Hop, JFH,Theatre Jazz, and Tap. She has also taught at various dance schools across Sydney including Nova Studios, The Australian Institute of Performing Arts, Groove Nation, and Pistachio Entertainment.

Her passion for dance teaching and choreography developed during her Bachelor of Arts (Media) and Master of Teaching - Secondary (Drama and Dance) degrees. It was during her studies when she founded Dancing Through Life in 2019.

Dancing Through Life Studios is an adult dance studio located in Sydney's North Shore. Our studio prides itself on our unique social atmosphere we provide to our dancers. We are more than just a dance studio but a community of adults who have a love of music, theatre and dance. Our Studio Classes are relaxed, fun and inclusive, and provide more than just a dance class but a well-rounded knowledge of dance genres, technical terminology, and useful skills.
 
We are passionate about making a difference in our dancers’ lives, by encouraging, inspiring and empowering their individual dance journeys. With classes in; Tap, Jazz, Latin Fusion, Hip Hop, Heels and Dance Fit there is something for everyone!
