Learning right from the beginning that safety comes first, our "performers" go on to embrace all aspects of acrobatics. From learning the art of performance favourites through to acrobatic gems such as cartwheels and tumbling, aerial cartwheels, and of course flips and saults. Acrobatics focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination and placement. This is the class for you if you want to learn and develop acrobatic tricks to add that ‘wow factor’ to your next dance routine.

At Parker's Performing Arts Centre (PPAC) everyone is welcome, whether students are wishing to develop their technique and skills further, or are new to dance and looking for a fun way to get fit.
